Eggs from fertile, range-free, ground-scratchin' 'happy hens' are much tastier and nutritious than eggs from caged, sun-starved, sexless virgin chickens.
Life force is key.

WHY ROOM
TEMPERATURE EGGS?

The molecular structure of real (fertile, vital) eggs is delicate and easily and adversely altered by radical temperature changes.

Going directly from refrigerator (45°F) to frying pan (180°F) KILLS flavor and nutrients before they even get into your mouth.

Ergo, the room temperature mantra about heating and cooking eggs using the slow-low ramp up and down technique.

This is EXACTLY why frig-to-fire eggs taste blah, rubbery and boring.

It has been called, and wisely so, the most important meal of the day: breakfast. While we're sleeping, we're not eating of course so technically we're fasting. The first food of the day breaks the nightly fast; ergo, the derivation of term 'breaking the fast,' BREAKFAST.

Eating a nutritious breakfast, which includes protein, vegetables and carbs then some fruit provides fuel for the crucial start of the day, re-sets your biorhythms, establishes your fuel base and chemical processes for the entire day. It's worth the time to wake up early and cook a sane and sound first meal. It's an investment in your health, work or study that will pay off while others are just limping through life.
